Contact UsBy creating an account, registering a Player ID, or entering any tournament on TSIAR Esports ("TSIAR", "we", "us", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users â players, team captains, and visitors â across our website and mobile app.
You must be at least 18 years old to register a Player ID, enter any paid tournament, or use the TSIAR Wallet. Users below 18 may browse public tournament listings and leaderboards but cannot register, pay entry fees, or receive prize money.
By registering, you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate. TSIAR reserves the right to request identity verification (Aadhaar) at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
Each player may hold only one Player ID. Creating multiple accounts to bypass tournament limits, re-enter after a ban, or manipulate rankings is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. TSIAR is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence (e.g. sharing login credentials).
Specific rules (match format, room timing, point system) are published separately for each tournament/series. By registering, you agree to follow those rules in addition to these Terms.
Room ID and Password are shared only through the Platform's notification system at the scheduled time. TSIAR is not responsible for missed matches due to your notifications being disabled, your device being offline, or you joining late.
Abusive language, harassment, or threats directed at other players, opponents, or TSIAR staff/admins (in-game, in chat, or on our Telegram community) will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to a permanent platform ban.
Use of hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, emulators where prohibited by the tournament format, teaming with eliminated squads, or any other form of cheating is strictly forbidden. Violation results in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of entry fee, and a platform ban â no warning required for serious offenses.
TSIAR admins have final authority on disputes regarding fair play, kill claims, and match results. Decisions are made based on available evidence (in-game footage, screenshots, stream recordings) and are final.
Tournament entry fees are collected via Razorpay or from your TSIAR Wallet balance. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prize money is credited to your TSIAR Wallet after results are verified and finalized by admins. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered bank account/UPI within the timeframe stated on the Wallet page â typically 3â7 business days, subject to verification.
TSIAR may request additional verification (Aadhaar, bank proof) before releasing prize money above a certain threshold, to comply with anti-fraud and KYC norms.
Entry fee refunds are credited to your TSIAR Wallet (not your original payment method) in the following cases:
âĸ TSIAR cancels or postpones a tournament before it starts
âĸ A technical error on our end prevented you from participating
âĸ Your registration is rejected during verification (e.g. duplicate Player ID, age mismatch) before the tournament begins
No refund is issued if:
âĸ You voluntarily withdraw after registering
âĸ You are disqualified for rule violations or cheating
âĸ You miss the match due to being unavailable, having notifications disabled, or joining the room late
âĸ The tournament has already started
Wallet balance never expires and can be used for any future tournament entry, or withdrawn to your bank account subject to the minimum withdrawal amount shown on the Wallet page.
For refund disputes, contact us via Telegram (see Section 14) within 7 days of the tournament date.
TSIAR reserves the right to disqualify any player or team, withhold prize money pending investigation, and permanently ban accounts found to be: cheating, account-sharing, creating duplicate accounts, abusing other users, attempting to manipulate the payment/wallet system, or violating any part of these Terms.
Banned accounts forfeit any pending prize money or wallet balance associated with the violation under investigation.
The TSIAR name, logo, and platform design are the property of TSIAR Sports Private Limited. Tournament graphics, brackets, and leaderboards may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Game names (BGMI, Free Fire) and related trademarks belong to their respective publishers. TSIAR is an independent tournament organizer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Krafton or Garena unless explicitly stated.
TSIAR provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from server downtime, internet connectivity issues on your end, in-game bugs caused by the game publisher, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to a tournament is limited to the entry fee paid for that specific tournament.
TSIAR tournaments are skill-based competitive gaming, not games of chance. We encourage all players to participate responsibly:
âĸ Set a personal budget for entry fees and stick to it
âĸ Take breaks between matches and tournaments
âĸ Never spend money you cannot afford to lose
âĸ Treat tournaments as entertainment, not a primary income source
If you feel your gaming or spending habits are becoming difficult to control, please reach out to us â we can temporarily restrict your account from entering paid tournaments on request.
We may update these Terms as TSIAR grows. Material changes will be announced via our Telegram community channel and an in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of TSIAR will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
