Contact UsThis policy explains when entry fees paid for TSIAR tournaments are refunded, how wallet top-ups work, and how to raise a dispute if something goes wrong. This policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions.
All refunds are credited to your TSIAR Wallet first, not directly back to your original payment method (UPI/card/netbanking). From your Wallet, you can use the balance for future tournament entries or request a withdrawal to your bank account.
Your entry fee is refunded in full to your Wallet if:
• TSIAR cancels or indefinitely postpones the tournament before it begins
• Your registration is rejected during our verification process (e.g. duplicate Player ID, document mismatch) — provided the tournament hasn't started yet
• A technical failure on TSIAR's platform (not your device/internet) prevented your team from being able to participate
• You paid twice for the same registration due to a payment gateway error
Entry fees are not refunded if:
• You change your mind and voluntarily withdraw after registering
• You or your team are disqualified for rule violations, cheating, or misconduct
• You miss the match because you didn't see the Room ID notification, had notifications disabled, or joined late
• Your device, internet, or in-game performance issues prevented participation
• The tournament has already started or concluded
This mirrors standard practice across esports platforms — entry fees fund prize pools and tournament operations once a tournament is confirmed and underway.
Eligible refunds are automatically credited to your TSIAR Wallet by our admin team once the cancellation/rejection is confirmed. You'll receive an in-app notification and push alert when the credit is applied.
We do not process refunds directly back to your bank/UPI/card — the amount goes to your Wallet, from where you can withdraw it (see Section 6) or use it for your next tournament.
Money added to your TSIAR Wallet via Razorpay is non-refundable to your original payment method once successfully credited — it can only be used for tournament entries or withdrawn (Section 6). If a top-up fails or is debited without crediting your Wallet, contact us immediately (Section 9) with your payment reference ID for investigation and correction.
Prize money and refunded amounts in your Wallet can be withdrawn to your registered bank account/UPI. Withdrawal requests are subject to admin verification and the minimum withdrawal amount shown on the Wallet page.
TSIAR may request additional KYC verification before processing large withdrawals, in line with standard anti-fraud practice.
• Wallet credit for eligible refunds: typically within 24–48 hours of the cancellation/rejection being confirmed
• Bank/UPI withdrawal of Wallet balance: 3–7 business days after your withdrawal request is approved
• Failed payment investigations (Section 5): up to 7 business days
If you believe you're entitled to a refund that wasn't issued, or notice an incorrect Wallet deduction, contact us within 7 days of the tournament date with your Player ID, transaction reference, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond to all refund disputes within 48 hours.
